John Brite, CMI®, is the Founder and President of LiteHouse Services Group LLC, home of the LiteHouse Inspect and LiteHouse Commercial brands. With an extensive background in residential and commercial property inspections, John is a Certified Master Inspector® and holds multiple Ohio licenses and industry certifications.
As LiteHouse has grown, John’s role has evolved from working in the field to leading the organization. Today, he focuses on company strategy, operations, growth, team development, and technical oversight, helping ensure consistent standards and a high level of service across the LiteHouse team.
Before founding LiteHouse, John built a career in project and program management, including commercial renovation and software delivery. His combination of technical knowledge, business leadership, and operational experience continues to guide LiteHouse as the company grows and expands its services.

With a background in community wraparound programs, building and running community resource centers and performing residential appraiser work for the county auditor’s office, Erin is skilled in determining the needs of our clients, helping them determine the scope of their inspection requirements and uncovering any concerns or questions they may have. Put simply, she is passionate about serving others. Erin leads the LiteHouse operations office, human resources and community relation efforts. She is often found in the field performing radon tests and completing radon reporting. She is a detailed project manager and helps us ensure accurate work, completed on or ahead of schedule.

James attended UC Clermont, where he played college baseball. Outside of work, he enjoys following Cincinnati sports and staying active by playing pickleball, soccer, and volleyball. He is also active in his church, where he serves in student ministry and assists with audio and technical production.
