John Brite, CMI®, is the founder and lead inspector of LiteHouse Services Group LLC, operating under the LiteHouse Inspect and LiteHouse Commercial brands. With years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial property inspections, John holds multiple Ohio licenses—including home inspector, pesticide applicator for termite inspections, and radon tester—and is a Certified Master Inspector®. His expertise extends to indoor air quality and mold assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and utilizing modern inspection technology such as drone imaging and crawlspace inspection bots for hard-to-access areas. John leads a team of inspectors and office staff, oversees technical training, and mentors new inspectors, ensuring every client receives thorough, professional, and easy-to-understand reporting. He is also passionate about community engagement and philanthropy, seeing his work as a way to empower homeowners and real estate professionals through education.Before founding LiteHouse Services Group LLC, John built a robust career in project management, including commercial renovation projects for commercial dining service companies and software delivery for multiple clients as a delivery manager with a software engineering consulting firm. His background in operations, budgeting, marketing, and compliance equips him with a rare blend of technical precision, business acumen, and communication skills. Whether managing a multi-million-dollar commercial renovation or walking a first-time buyer through their home inspection report, John’s mission remains the same: deliver clarity, accuracy, and peace of mind to every client.
